LOCATION/DIRECTIONS

Located in Muhlenberg Township at the northwest corner of intersection of Jefferson and Monroe Streets. Both on and off street parking are available.

From Route 12:
Take Fifth Street Highway North exit, proceed to Madison Avenue intersection. Merge into right most lane and make a right down Madison Ave. At second stop sign, turn left onto Jefferson St. Office is locate one block ahead on the left.

From Fifth Street Highway:
Turn east onto Madison Avenue (Beer Vault is on east side of intersection). At second stop sign, turn left onto Jefferson Street. Office is one block ahead on left.

From Kutztown Road:
Turn west onto Monroe Street. Jefferson Street is first stop sign; office on right.

APPOINTMENTS

To provide you with the most thorough care, we work by appointment only. Most patients scheduled for a complete eye examination should plan to be in our office for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Office hours are available Monday through Thursday. Evening appointments are offered for your convenience on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact our office at any time if you have an eye emergency, we will provide instructions for prompt care.
